The Dell 5290 2-in-1 I ordered appeared to be a good value, was shipped quickly and was packaged securely. The condition was as described in the listing. The SSD was at the end of its life and I let the seller know; we worked out a resolution that avoided having to deal with shipping back/forth. Seller was prompt and courteous in their responses. I would buy from this seller again.

The MacBook Pro I ordered arrived in excellent condition and was exactly as described in the listing. It was at a great price too. It did arrive not entirely wrapped in bubble wrap so one edge of the computer was jostling around, also there could have been a bit more packing material, but as stated the computer did arrive in fantastic condition. I would absolutely purchase from this seller again.

Laptop came in great condition an exactly as described! Was shipped out the day after I ordered however it did take around 10 days to arrive unfortunately. The laptop was wrapped in lots of bubble wrap but was still loose in the box; however, everything arrived working so wasn’t an issue for me. Lastly it was a great price for a laptop of its kind.

The machine operates as advertised. I have not had any issues with the laptop. This is a replacement of my home computer, a dell 6410 with win10.
The packaging was excellent, and they took care of the laptop. Shipping was a few days but, I was in no hurry. The value from this purchase was better than expected.
